1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1992. None has been putting in appearance on behalf of the appellant. On 24.02.2023 it has been noticed in the order that as per office report, the appellant is stated to have died, notice was however received by the son of the appellant. No effort has been made by the legal representative of the appellant to be impleaded as a party.
2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
