The appellant-plaintiff is in appeal against the judgment of reversal in a suit instituted by him wherein appeal filed by respondent- defendant was allowed by the Additional District Judge, Karnal in Civil Appeal 50 of 1992 decided on 10.09.1993.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant contends that she has instructions that the matter has already been amicably resolved between the parties and that she has instructions to not pursue the present appeal any further, the same is accordingly dismissed.
