1. The present petition is for quashing of the FIR No.222 under Section 306 of IPC, dated 02.06.2023, registered at Police Station, Gadhpuri, District Palwal (Annexure P-1).
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, without adverting to the merits of the case, prays for withdrawal of the present petition as the petitioner has already been discharged.
