The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. is for quashing/setting aside the order dated 04.03.2023 (Annexure P-4) vide which the non-bailable warrants have been issued against the petitioner in FIR No.0027 dated 12.08.2021 registered at Police Station NRI, Police Commissionerate Amritsar, District Amritsar under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC, 1860 and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals Act, 2014 (Annexure P-1) on the ground that the petitioner has not put an appearance on the date fixed i.e. 04.03.2023 before the learned JMIC, Amritsar.

On 21.04.2024, the following order was passed.

" Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 21.12.2021; thereafter the petitioner has been regularly appearing in his trial and that only on one date i.e. 04.03.2023 he could not appear before the trial court as KUSUM 2024.04.11 10:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Punjab & Haryana High Court, CHD CRM-M-19863-2023 -2- before that listing of cases had been reshuffled in the entire District Courts at Amritsar; nonappearance on the petitioner's part is bonafide and that the petitioner now undertakes to appear on all dates in his trial in the future unless specifically exempted.
Notice of motion for 10.08.2023.
Mr.Arun Luthra, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and prays for time to argue the matter.
Respondent No.2 be served through ordinary process. In the meanwhile, subject to the petitioner appearing before the trial court within a week from today he shall be admitted to interim bail to the trial court's satisfaction."

In reference to the aforementioned order, the petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court and has since been released on interim bail vide order dated 27.04.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amritsar. The copy of of the said order is taken on record, as Mark 'A'.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

It is expected that the petitioner shall not absent himself from the Trial without sufficient cause.

Disposed of.
