1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants states that she has no instructions in the matter. As per the office report, notices issued to the appellants have been received back unserved due to incomplete address. Respondent Nos.1 and 3 also remains unserved due to incomplete address. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of both the Courts. Respondent No.2 stands duly served, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

2. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
