This Court finds that while the petition is filed by one Sukhdev Singh, but impugned order dated 17.5.2023 (Annexure P-3) refers to accused as Sukhjit Singh.
This Court further finds that in order to appreciate the contentions as are being raised in the petition, a copy of proclamation notice, a copy of report of serving official, a copy of statement of serving official recorded in Court and copies of zimni orders passed by the trial Court prior to declaring the petitioner as a 'Proclaimed Offender' would be required.
The petition, as such, is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an amended petition with correct particulars and by annexing all the relevant documents including the documents indicated above.
