1. As per the order dated 10.05.2019, Mr. Vikas Mohan Gupta, learned counsel for the appellant had submitted that he is unable to find any document pertaining to the present appeal or to render any assistance in reconstruction of file at that stage. He had also submitted that the appellant is trying to locate the documents and will produce the same as and when the same will be traceable and the matter was adjourned sine die but till date, no documents or judgment pertaining to the present appeal have been provided.
2. Today, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant.
3. In view of the above and the decision of the Hon'ble Arrears Committee, the present appeal is dismissed.
4. In case, any cause of action still survives in the present case, then the appellant shall be at liberty to file an appropriate application for revival of the same.
5. The IOIN also stands disposed of.
