1. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the interregnum on 05.04.2024 the execution petition has been dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view thereof, he does not wish to press the present revision petition. However, he seeks liberty to raise all the pleas before the Appellate Authority where the appeal is pending.
2. Dismissed as not pressed with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
