1. The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, for directing the respondents to consider and appoint the petitioner to the post of Punjabi Teacher.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file the same with better particulars.
