1. By way of present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, prayer has been made for setting aside the judgment dated 29.07.2023 passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amrisar, vide which, the complaint moved under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was dismissed.
2. Having argued for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present petition so as to avail remedy by way of filing first revision petition before the Court of Sessions Judge, Amritsar.
3. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed being not pressed with aforesaid liberty.
