Prayer in the present petition is for directing respondent No.3- The Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-prescribed Authority-cum-Allotment Authority, Gohana, Sonepat, Haryana to decide the case of the petitioners as soon as possible within any time frame. Further prayer has been made for deciding the case of the petitioners as per earlier decided cases vide judgments dated 11.04.1990 (Annexure P-1) in ROR No.402 of 1988-89.
It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioners that case of the petitioners is pending before respondent No.3 but no decision thereon has been taken till date.
Notice of motion.
On asking of the Court, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. She, on instructions from Mr. Vivek Arya, SDM Gohana, has submitted that notices have been issued to the parties concerned and every effort would be made by respondent No.3 to conclude the proceedings expeditiously.
