1. Vide order dated 12.12.2023 notices were issued to the appellant and the respondents. As per the office report, the appellant stands duly served. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite service. The respondents remain unserved as they are stated to have sold their house. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
2. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
