1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that claim of the petitioners as raised in the present petition is covered by the judgment of this Court in CWP-14591-2023, titled as Amit Kumar and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 16.12.2023 and the respondents be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of the said judgment of this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance raised in the present petition has already been raised by the petitioners by way of submitting the representation dated 20.02.2024 (Annexure P-7) and the petitioners will be satisfied at this stage in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said representation.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case representation dated 20.02.2024 (Annexure P-7) has been received from the petitioners and is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided in accordance with law and an appropriate speaking order will be passed within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and in case it is found feasible to grant the relief to the petitioners, the same will be extended to them otherwise due reasons will be mentioned for not accepting the claim of the petitioners, which will be conveyed to the petitioners.
6. Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that order passed by this Court in CWP-14591-2023, titled as Amit Kumar and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 16.12.2023 will be kept in mind while deciding the claim of the petitioners.
7. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of the learned counsel for the respondents, present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.
