5. Consideration in the present appeal is to the judgment dated 16.01.2024 passed by the Learned Single Judge in CWP-909-2024 titled Usha Devi & others Vs. State of Haryana & another by following the view taken in CWP-22244-2024 titled Ravinder Rathee & others Vs. State of Haryana & another, decided on 16.10.2023.
6. The judgment in Ravinder Rathee (supra) was subject matter of consideration in LPA-114-2024 which was dismissed by us on 20.03.2024. For the reasons given in the said order, we also dismiss the present appeal.
