The plaintiff has preferred the present regular second appeal against the judgment of reversal passed by the Additional District Judge, Jalandhar whereby the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 20.12.1988 passed by the Sub Judge First Class, Nakodar, has been allowed vide judgment and decree dated 12.01.1993.
The dispute pertained to establishing/setting up two parnalas. Learned counsel for the appellant informs that he has sent two registered post to the appellant to enquire about the status and it has been informed that the appellant is no more residing at the said address and has left the said premises. Thus, he is not able to contact the appellant.
It seems that the appellant is no more interested in pursing the present appeal.
Dismissed for want of prosecution.
Pending, misc. application(s), if any shall also stand(s) disposed of accordingly.
