The present appeal has been preferred against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 27.11.2010/29.11.2010 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Sonepat in FIR No.257 dated 24.11.2008 under Sections 392, 397, 420, 471 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Kundli, Sonepat.
2. As per report dated 13.03.2024 received from the Superintendent, District Jail, Rohtak, the appellant has already completed his sentence in FIR No.257 dated 24.11.2008.
3. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of.
