1. The present appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the judgment dated 27.01.1996 passed by the Additional District Judge, Ambala, whereby the reference filed by the appellants under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act was dismissed.

2. The counsel for the appellant has submitted that the relief claimed by the appellant(s) has already been granted to them. Hence, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous.
