1. The present is a fully burnt case and there is no record available pertaining to present petition. The Registry has not been able to reconstruct the file despite best efforts. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not have the copy of the paper-book nor he has been able to contact the petitioner. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution.
2. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
