1. The present revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 02.07.2021 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kapurthala, whereby the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 was allowed and the order dated 09.09.2021 passed by the Additional District Judge Kapurthala whereby the appeal of the defendant-respondent was allowed partly.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main civil suit itself stands decided vide judgment and decree dated 28.03.2024. Yogesh Sharma 2024.04.08 10:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

3. In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
