1. Vide order dated 25.08.2023 fresh notices were issued to the appellants by way of affixation. As per the office report, appellant No.1 stands duly served and appellant Nos.2 and 3 also stand served through appellant No.1. On 09.01.2024, Mr. Nitin Sachdeva, Advocate had appeared on behalf of the appellants and had sought time to get fresh instructions and address arguments. However, today Mr. Saurabh Sheoran, Advocate appearing on behalf of the appellants states that he has no instructions in the matter and that he has not been able to contact the appellants. It is to be noticed that notices were already issued to the appellants and they have duly been served, however, neither they have instructed their counsel nor a new counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. It appears that the appellants Yogesh Sharma 2024.04.08 10:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non- prosecution.

2. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
