ANIL KSHETARPAL, J

1. This is the defendants' regular second appeal against the concurrent findings of fact arrived at by the courts below while decreeing the plaintiff's suit for grant of decree of declaration with consequential relief of permanent injunction and mandatory injunction.

2. The total dispute involved in the present lis is of Rs.4872/- which was the amount sought to be recovered from the plaintiff on account of alleged theft of energy from the electric connection installed in the residential building no.4370, Kikar Bazar, Bathinda. It has been found that the appellant has failed to prove that the plaintiff has tempered the electricity consumption meter resulting in theft of energy.

3. Though, the learned counsel representing the appellants has made sincere attempt, however, failed to draw the attention of the Court to any substantive error in the judgments passed by the courts below.

4. Hence, dismissed.
