1. The present revision petition has been filed by the landlord seeking enhancement of the mesne profits assessed by the Appellate Authority concerned.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission permission to withdraw the present petition inasmuch as the parties have compromised the matter and the main appeal already stands withdrawn. Permitted to do so.

3. Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
