1. The present petition is for grant of protection of life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of private respondents.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not wish to pursue the present petition as the Court had raised a query that petitioner No.1 is already a married woman and there are three children from her earlier husband, and there was no threat perception.
3. However, without commenting any opinion on the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Pending miscellaneous application(s) shall also stand disposed of.
