Prayer in the present petition is for directing the respondents to pay compensation to the tune of Rs.60 lacs on account of demise of petitioner's son namely Dildar Masih, who died due to electrocution.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the present case is squarely covered by the order/judgment dated 15.12.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-11626-2023 titled as 'Paramjeet Singh Versus Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. & Another'.
Disposed of in terms of order/judgment dated 15.12.2023 (supra).
