1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants states that he wishes to withdraw the present appeal as the appellants do not wish to continue with the same. An affidavit of appellant No.2 - Pawan Kumar - has been handed over in Court today, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.
