1. The present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.468 dated 18.12.2023 under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC and Section 24 of The Immigration Act, 1983.
2. On the very first date of hearing, counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter is being amicably resolved and, hence, time was granted.
3. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner and is unable to submit.
4. At this stage, Mr. Mohit Rathee, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant and filed his power of attorney, which is taken on record. He submits that the petitioner had given the complainant a cheque of Rs.1,50,000/- on 30.03.2024, which was | attest to the accuracy and integrity of this Order/Judgment 2024:PHHC:045241 CRM-M-4106-2024 dishonoured and, hence, the petitioner has hoodwinked and abused the process of law and has not come to the Court with clean hands.
6. Since the counsel for the petitioner has no instructions, the present petition is dismissed without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
