1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the order dated 17.11.2017 (Annexure P-6), passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Narnaul and the Complaint No.142 of 2015 along with Notice of Accusation order dated 03.10.2017 and charge (Annexures P-3 and P-4) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Narnaul.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings before the trial Court have reached at its fag end as the entire evidence already stands recorded/concluded and prays that HIMANI GUPTA 2024.04.10 18:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh 2024:PHHC:045960 CRM-M-48742-2017 -2- he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to raise all his submissions made in this petition before the trial Court in accordance with the law.
