1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the question of law raised in the present petition has already been answered by this Court while passing order in CWP-2158-2020 titled as Ashish Sharma and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 13.03.2024 and the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the said judgment hence, the petitioner intend to approach the respondents by way of filing an appropriate representation under the said judgment claiming the benefit as extended to the petitioner in Ashish Sharma (supra) and the respondents may kindly be directed to decide the said representation in a time bound manner.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case any representation is filed by the petitioners by placing reliance upon the judgment already passed by this Court in Ashish Sharma (supra), the claim of the petitioner will be considered in the light of the said judgment and an appropriate order will be passed within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation and in case it is found feasible to grant the relief to the petitioners, the same will be extended to the petitioner 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 09-04-2024 22:43:23 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:046013 113 2024:PHHC:046013 otherwise, due reasons will be mentioned in the speaking order so passed for the information and necessary action of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate representation by placing reliance upon the judgment of this Court in Ashish Sharma (supra).
