1. Petitioner (Om Parkash) has filed the instant petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.236, dated 05.07.2020, under Sections 18 and 27-A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the instructions, the petitioner has been declared juvenile, accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail his remedy before the appropriate forum.

3. In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

4. All pending application(s), if any, shall also stand closed.
