1. Mr. Balwinder Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 and has filed his power of attorney, which is taken on record.
2. The present appeal pertains to the year 1999. Vide order dated 24.01.2024 notice was issued to the appellant. As per office report, the appellant remains unserved with the report that she is not residing at the given address. This is the only address of the appellant available in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts.
3. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
4. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
