1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 12.12.2023 notice was issued to the appellants. As per the service report, appellants No.1(i) to 1(iii) and 2 remain unserved due to incomplete addresses. These are the only addresses which were given in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court. Neither anyone has appeared on behalf of the legal representatives of the appellant No.1, nor anybody has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant No.2.
2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
