1. Status report by way of affidavit dated 02.04.2024 of Sh.Suresh Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Palwal, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1-State. The same is taken on record.
2. In the instant revision petition, challenge is thrown to the order dated 05.08.2017, whereby, petitioners have been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C.
3. The perusal of the status report (supra) makes revelation that during the pendency of the instant petition, trial has already concluded, and the petitioners have been convicted vide judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 05.08.2017.
4. Therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
5. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
