The instant appeal has been preferred by the appellants-plaintiffs against the judgment and decree dated 04.01.1993 passed by the District Judge, Hoshiarpur, whereby the appeal preferred by the respondents-defendants against the judgment and decree dated 17.08.1990 passed by the Addl. Senior Sub Judge, Garhshankar had been partly allowed.
Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants-plaintiffs contends that despite best efforts, he could not get in touch with the appellants and as such, he has no further instructions in the matter.
Also there is no representation on behalf of the respondents- defendants.
Dismissed for want of prosecution.
Learned counsel for the appellants may file an appropriate application for restoration of the appeal as soon as he gets instructions; but not later than a period of four months from today.
