1. Mr. Harish Chhabra-respondent has stated that the present petition has since been rendered as infructuous inasmuch as due to compromise between him and the petitioners on 30.12.2023, he has already delivered possession of the demised premises to the petitioners.

2. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
