1. The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 05.02.2024, issued by respondent No.4.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition to file a representation before the Department, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.
3. Dismissed as withdrawn. However, in case, a representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of 4 weeks, the same be decided by the respondents expeditiously in accordance with law.
