The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 54, Dated 16.02.2021, registered at Police Station Kotwali (Patiala), under Sections 153-A, 295-A, 504, 507, 419 IPC and 66 (D) IT Act (Annexure P-1} alongwith all subsequent and consequent proceedings including Challan (Annexure P-2) and the order dated 15.02.2024 passed by the Ld. Court of Sh Vijay Kumar (Annexure P-
4).
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
