Harsimran Singh Sethi J. (Oral)

CM-1740-CWP-2024 The present application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 60 days in filing the review application.

Keeping in view the facts mentioned in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the delay of 60 days in filing the review application is condoned.

RA-CW-43-2024 Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the review- applicant/petition submits that keeping in view the findings recorded in 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 06-04-2024 11:04:43 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:044449 CM-1740-CWP-2024 in RA-CW-43-2024 in 2024:PHHC:044449 CWP-3894-2021 2 the judgment, nothing has come on record as to whether, the criteria, which was relied upon by the respondents was fixed before conducting the written examination hence, the judgment is liable to be reviewed.

A bare perusal of the judgment would show that it has been recorded on page-5 of the judgment that after receiving the application, keeping in view the large number of applications received, the respondents decided to hold the written test and thereafter, the interview, which fact clearly shows that the decision qua fixing of the criteria was taken prior to the holding of the written test, hence, the argument that no date has come on which it was decided to hold the written test, will not change any situation so as to claim the review of the order dated 29.08.2023.

No other argument was raised.

No ground is made out for any interference by this Court in the present review petition.

Dismissed.
