1. The present regular second appeal pertains to the year 1992. Vide order 05.03.2024 notices were issued to the parties. As per the Office report, notice issued to the sole appellant has been received back with the report that she has left the given address. Notice issued to respondent No.1 has been received back with report 'incomplete details'. Notice issued to respondent No.2 has been received back with report that he is not residing at the given address. Notice issued to respondent No.3 has been received back with report that he has gone to Mumbai. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service of the appellant except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Courts below and is the same on which the notice was sent.
2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives.
