1. The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.158 dated 21.08.2023, under Sections 323, 324, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC and Sections 325 and 326 of IPC, added later on, registered at Police Station Lehra, Distgrict Sangrur.
2. Status report by way of affidavit of Sh. Deepak Rai, P.P.S. Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Lehra, District Sangrur, on behalf of the respondent-State has been filed along with relevant documents and custody certificate. The same are taken on record.
3. In light of the fact that the present FIR already stands quashed vide order passed by this Court in CRM-M-8980-2024 of even date, the petitioner be released in accordance with law.
