1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent for disobedience of judgment/decree dated 10.02.1998.
2. Vide order dated 29.03.2001, the present petition was ordered to be listed after the decision of RSA No.2710 of 1998.
3. There is no representation on behalf of the parties. However, perusal of the record shows that RSA No.2710 of 1998 already stands dismissed as infructuous vide order dated 07.02.2024.
4. In view of the above, this Court finds that the present petition has been rendered otiose. Hence the same is dismissed as such.
