1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 10 read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent for disobedience of order dated 01.12.2023 passed by this court in CWP-26958-2023.
2. In compliance of order dated 01.12.2023, the counsel for the respondent has placed on record affidavit on behalf of respondent, which is taken on record. The Registry is directed to scan the same and make it part of the soft copy of the case.
3. The counsel for the respondent, after going through the aforesaid affidavit, has submitted that the order, qua which contempt was asserted, has since been complied with by passing necessary speaking order. No further action is required in the matter. Accordingly, the present petition has been rendered as infructuous.
4. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
