1. The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the orders dated 01.08.2017, 20.09.2017, 14.11.2017, 15.12.2017, 29.01.2018, 20.02.2018, 28.03.2018 and 20.04.2018 vide which the respondents have ordered the petitioner to vacate the accommodation in the university campus.
2. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the matter stands settled and may be disposed of as such.
