1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as petitioner is convicted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 02.03.2024. Status report to this effect is also received from the trial Court. The State counsel has also endorsed the aforesaid submissions made by counsel for the petitioner.
2. In light of the above, the present petition is hereby dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
