The appellant aggrieved against the judgment of convic on and order of sentence dated 22.03.2010 passed by the trial Court in the FIR cap oned above, has come up before this Court by filing the present appeal.
2. State counsel submits that the appellant has expired on 19.06.2019 and handed over to that effect short affidavit of S.H.O. concerned in Court today which is taken on record.
3. Given above, the present appeal is disposed of as abated. Surety bonds, if any furnished, stand discharged. Pending applica ons, if any, stand disposed of.
