1. On 17.11.2023, the following order was passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court:
"Despite the fact case has been called out twice, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants.
In the interest of justice, adjourned to 02.04.2024. Photocopy of this order be placed on the file of connected case."
2. Even today, despite second call, there is no representation on behalf of the parties. It appears that the parties are no more interested in pursuing the present appeal.
3. In view of the above, the present appeal along with all pending applications is dismissed for non-prosecution.
