1. Petitioner has filed the second bail petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail in case FIR No.156, dated 16.11.2021 under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Phase-8, SAS Nagar, Mohali.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter before the trial Court is now fixed for defence evidence/ arguments and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition at this stage.
