1. The appellant has filed the instant appeal against judgment and decree dated 31.05.2014 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jalandhar, whereby a suit for mandatory injunction filed by the appellant/plaintiff has been dismissed and judgment and decree dated 08.07.2015 passed by learned District Judge, Jalandhar, whereby, appeal filed by the appellant/plaintiff against judgment and decree dated 31.05.2014, has been dismissed.

2. On 12.12.2019, the following order was passed :-

"Learned counsel for the appellant states that the financial benefits have already been released by the respondents during the pendency of the civil suit before the trial Court. He contends that only limited prayer is left out with regard to the grant of experience certificate for the period the appellant has rendered service with the respondent.
