1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 06.12.2023 notices were issued to the parties as learned counsel for the parties had stated that since this is an old appeal, they had lost contact with their respective parties.

2. As per the Office report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back unserved due to incomplete address. Notice issued to respondent No.1 has been received back with the report that the said respondent has died. Notice issued to respondent No.2 has been received back duly served. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service of the appellant except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court and is the same on which the notice was sent. Today again learned counsel for the parties state that they have not been able to establish contact with their respective parties. 3. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

4. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
