1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1999. Vide order dated 22.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties.
2. As per the Office report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back with the report that the sole appellant has since died. Notices issued to the respondents have been received back duly served, however, no one has appeared on behalf of the respondents. No one has appeared on behalf of the legal heirs of the sole appellant either.
3. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
4. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
