1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 12.12.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per office report, appellant No.1 was not found residing at the given address and appellant No.2 stands duly served, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of appellant No.2. This is the only address of appellant No.1 available in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts.
2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
